  • How do I get started?
    Getting started with TradeCenter.fm is quick and easy and in only a few simple steps, you will be ready to trade:
    • Open a trading account by registering through our site and providing some personal information, including your full name and email address.

    • Once your email address is verified, you can add trading funds to your account. This can be done via the banking page in your account. TradeCenter.fm offers a choice of secure deposit options.

    • Select the trading platform you wish to use; either our desktop MT4 application or our browser based WebTrader.

    • You are now ready to trade!

    Take note; once you have made a deposit, our back-office team will send you an email requesting some verification documents as part of the mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
  • What type of tradeable assets does TradeCenter.fm offer?

    Occasionally, we offer welcome bonus promotions for new clients.   • How is the margin level percentage calculated?
    Margin Level = [Equity / Margin Used] X 100
  • What is leverage?
    In more formal terms, leverage is defined as the ability to use something small to control something larger. When it comes to trading, leverage means using a small amount of your capital to control a larger value of assets. This is, in essence, achieved by “borrowing” from your broker, in this case, TradeCenter.fm. For example: Leverage of 100:1 means that for every €1 you put into a trade, we give you an additional €100. Therefore, if you wanted to open a position for €100, you would only need to use €1 of your capital. Leverage allows you to realise larger profits but works in the reverse too. You can potentially lose a lot more as you have to pay back the leveraged amount on a losing position. Using leverage is also referred to as trading on margin.
  • At what times can I trade?
    Trading is available whenever international markets are open, typically from Sunday 23h00 GMT to Friday 22h00 GMT.

  • What is required to open a live trading account?
    Simply register an account. When you are ready to start trading, you will need to deposit funds into your account, plus you will be requested to submit various verification documents.
  • What verification documents will I need to submit?
    For individuals, the following verification documentation is required:
    • Proof of Identity: This can be a passport, a National Identity card or a driver’s license. Please ensure that the document is valid and that the provided copy is clearly readable.

    • Proof of Address:This can be a utility bill (water, electricity, gas, internet, landline), bank statement, residence certification, tax return documentation or a recent pay slip. Please ensure that document is in your name and contains your full address. Note that document cannot be older than 6 months.

    For corporate accounts, the following verification documentation is required:
    • Certificate of Incorporation

    • Certificate of Director(s) and Secretary

    • Certificate of Registered Office

    • Certificate of Beneficiary Owner(s)/Shares certificate

    • Certificate of Incumbency/Good Standing

    • Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company

    • The Company’s latest audited financial statements or the Company’s latest management accounts or a Trial Balance signed by the company’s accountants & director(s) or any other documentation which indicates the current financial situation of the Company.

    • Proof of identity and proof of current home address of every Shareholder that has 10% or more shares.

    • A resolution by the Board of Directors of the Company for the opening of a trading account with Promfix LTD and to whom they grant authority to operate the trading account.

    • Full KYC documentation of the person who will operate the trading account and at least one Director of the Company. Specifically:

      1. Proof of Identity – This can be a copy of your international passport or identity card and driver’s license. Please provide a copy of the front and back side of the document. Note that the document must be valid, and the provided copy must be in color and clearly readable.
      2. Proof of Address – This can be an official documentation of your utility bill (gas, water, electricity or landline/ internet), bank / card statement, residence certificate on income tax bill showing your name, address and issue date. Note that the document cannot be older than 3 months.

      *Important* The Company’s documentation must be recent and original or certified as true copies of the original.

  • Am I allowed to have multiple accounts?

    No, we do not charge any fees.
  • What is the minimum trade size?
    The minimum transaction size is 0.01 lot, which is equal to 1000 base units.
  • Where can I find my account statements?
    You can generate account statements at any time through the MT4 trading platform. Simply navigate to the “Account History” tab and select the time period for which you want a statement. If you wish to download a copy, click on “Save a Report” or “Save a Detailed Report”
  • What is spread?
    The spread is the difference between the buying price and selling price of a currency pair.
  • Why do I need to provide ID verification and other personal documentation?
    TradeCenter.fm is a trade-name that is operated by Promfix OU a world class, licensed broker. , international anti-money laundering laws require all financial organisations to verify the identity and proof of residence of all clients. The other reason is to protect your account and the company.
  • Why must I provide personal information during registration?
    We are required to do so by the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) plus, in order for us to protect your account, we need to know you who are to prevent anyone else from trying to access your account.
  • How do I know that the documents I have submitted are acceptable?
    Our compliance department will evaluate your documents and inform you once your documents are approved or if there is any problem and you need to submit any additional documents.
Trading Platform
  • I forgot my password, now what?
    Visit the login tab and click on “Forgot Password” and follow the steps. We will send you an email to your registered email address with additional information to reset / recover your password.
  • Can I access my account from multiple computers or different computers?
    Yes, simply use your login details. For security purposes, if you use someone else’s or a public computer, be sure not to save your login info on that computer and make sure to log out when you are done.
  • Is it possible to login to multiple accounts at the same time?
    With MT4, this can be achieved by opening multiple instances of MT4 and signing into the various accounts.
  • How do I view my trading history?
    Log into your trading account and visit the “Account History” tab.
  • How do I change the time zone in MT4?
    It is not possible to adjust the time zone as it is defaulted to GMT +2 (GMT +3 during US daylight saving times). This ensures that MT4 remains synchronised with the New York trading session closing time.
  • What happens to my open trades when I log out?
    All open positions remain active, plus all relevant stop loss, take profit, limit order, rules etc. will also occur at the relevant times.
  • Do you offer any EA’s (Expert Advisors) for MT4?
    Due to regulatory changes, we cannot provide or sell any EAs etc. These can be purchased through the MT4 marketplace from 3rd party providers.
Deposits & Withdrawals
  • How do I deposit funds into my account?
    Log into your account and visit the deposit tab. You can deposit funds using a debit/credit card, Neteller, wire transfer and various other methods. Take note, wire transfers are not instant, and you will only be able to start trading once the funds have cleared and reflect in your account.
  • What is the minimum deposit amount?
    The minimum deposit to start trading is EUR 250.
  • Can I use someone else’s credit card to deposit into my account, for example my spouse’s card?
    TradeCenter.fm cannot accept payment from any other 3rd party. The card you use must be in your name and match your account details.
  • Are there any fees for depositing funds?
    TradeCenter.fm does not charge any fees, however take note, if you use wire transfer, there may be transaction fees charged by either your bank or ours.
  • How do I withdraw my money?
    Log into your account and initiate the withdrawal request process. You will be required to provide verification documents, if you have not done so already.
  • How long will the withdrawal process take?
    Generally, all requests are processed within 1 business day. Take note that once the request has been processed, it may take additional time until the funds reach you, depending on your withdrawal method. Wire transfers can take up to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account.
  • Can I withdraw to a different method than the one I used for depositing?
    No, your funds will be sent to the method you used for depositing.
