How to Deposit Funds into Your Trading Account?

1. Credit and Debit Cards

At, you can use a variety of major credit cards and debit cards in order to make a deposit. This option ensures that your funds reach your trading account quickly and easily and often, your funds are available almost instantly. We accept a choice of cards including VISA, MasterCard and Maestro.

2. Wire / International Bank Transfer

For your convenience, we also offer the option to deposit funds into your account using bank wire. It is important to note though that this option has a minimum deposit amount of $250. In addition, it can take up to 7 working days for your funds to be available for trading, so please take this into consideration before selecting this deposit option.

3. Local Bank Transfer

To cater to our global clients, we also offer a choice of local payment options. This option will enable you to transact using a local bank transfer and this helps to avoid the complexity and long delays of wire/ international bank transfers. It is important to note that with some local payment options, it may take a few days until the funds reflect in your Tradecenter.FM trading account. In order to view the various available local bank transfer options, simply login to your account, click on the ‘Deposit’ button and select your country. You will be presented with a dropdown of the various available options in your country.

Withdrawing Funds from Your Trading Account

At, we have ensured that the withdrawal process is simple and hassle-free.

Once you have submitted a withdrawal request form, the approval process will begin. Please note that this can take up to 3 business days. Once your request is approved, your funds will then be transferred to the payment method which you used in order to make a deposit. Please note that once has processed your withdrawal, it can take up to 7 working days for the funds to reflect on your side. We recommend that you check with your financial institution regarding the delays and if they charge any fees. At, we do not charge any fees for withdrawals.

Proof of Identification (POI) Documents

In order to complete the proof of identification process, you will need to provide with a copy (scan or photo) of a valid, government-issued identity document. The following forms of ID can be submitted:

  • National Identity Card
  • Passport
  • Driver’s license

Please ensure that the identity document copy that you provide is clear and legible and that it clearly reflects your full name, the date of issue and date of expiry as well as your photo.

Proof of Residence (POR) Documents

In order to verify your place of residence, you need to provide a document that clearly verifies this information.

Please ensure that the document you provide is not older than 3 months, and that it is clear and legible. The document needs to reflect your full name and full address and it is vital that these details exactly match those that you provided during registration.

The following documents can be submitted as proof of residence:

  • Credit Card Statement
  • Bank Statement
  • Utility Bill (For example, water, gas, electricity, or a landline telephone bill)

Credit Card Payments

If you make a deposit using a credit card or debit card, you will need to provide a copy of both the front and the back sides of the card. The copy will need to clearly reflect the following information:

  • Full name of the cardholder
  • Expiry date of the card
  • First 5 and last 4 digits of the card (Please note - The CVV number and the middle 7 digits of the card must be masked/hidden)
  • Card signature (this must match that of your ID card)

Important: If your credit or debit card does not reflect your name, you will be required to send a credit card statement that proves that the card belongs to you. This statement must reflect your full name as well as the last 4 digits of the card.

Proof of Payment - Bank Transfer

It is important to note that a withdrawal to a bank account will only be processed back to the original account that the deposit was made from. Based on this, you will be required to provide with a screenshot of the transaction page from your bank account that shows the deposit into your trading account.
